There are four bathrooms in the home.
One bathroom is a full bath, two have only showers (no tub), and one is a half bath.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One with four twin beds and two with two beds each.

Scrapbookers use the bunk room, which has eight twin-sized beds, above the scrapbooking/meeting room.
The other bedrooms may be used for parties of nine or more.

Accomodations can be made for larger groups.
If necessary, more beds are available at Rio Lago, the ranch next door.
